Before returning any product, please call our customer service number at 877-662-2628 to obtain |

a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of product. Returns are not accepted without an RMA. |

Returned merchandise must be in factory fresh condition and must be accompanied by a copy of |
| |
the Captain’s Marine Supply invoice. Returns must be doubled boxed with the manufacturer’s box inside of a shipping box. |

All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer packaging. |

Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless the item is defective or |
| |
we shipped the wrong item to you. |

We cannot accept packages sent freight collect or COD. |

Special order items and items cut to length are not returnable. |

Returns of defective items will be accepted within 30 days of customer receipt of merchandise. All |
| |
claims for defective merchandise must be made by first calling our customer service number at 877-662-2628. After 30 days, purchaser will need to contact manufacturer to make a warranty claim. We will gladly assist you in contacting the manufacturer. |
